A remake of 1951 Voigtlander model, the Nokton 50mm f/1.5 Aspherical lens is a fast prime M-mount rangefinder lens. The new version of this classic lens includes an aspherical element to help reduce spherical aberrations and distortion for improved sharpness and clarity.

The lens is also characterized by its fast f/1.5 maximum aperture to suit working in low lighting and to offer greater control over depth of field. Its manual focus design permits working with subjects as close as 2.3’ away, and the 10-blade diaphragm contributes to a pleasing bokeh quality.
